Election is over and the contracts are funded

USA members,

     We have much to be thankful for this year and I am happy to see the election behind us and our contracts funded.  Sometime this month we will see the adjustment on our base pay for the 1% increase and shortly after that we will see the retro back to June 30th.  I for one am happy this is all done so we can go back to working on our reclassification study and building the base of this union so we have a greater voice at the bargaining tables with the university.  The holidays are coming quickly and can be a stressful time, take some time for yourself and if the demands on your job are unbearable and you do not believe our contract is being adhered to please call me or Jane at the USA office.  Onward we go.
