When I take a few days off over 95% of the time my supervisor will call in a sick day the next week.
Is this abusive behavior?

Why would you consider this abusive? Do they cover for you when you are out? Do you have to cover for the supervisor when he/she is out? Do you feel that they are getting back at you the following week for having to do your work?

The pattern is still repeating and he will retire soon so it's a moot point. This is on top of the 2 nights off every other week, which has been going on for the past 7 years. He has a history of being slothful.
